There's a <A HREF="http://www.foodnetwork.com/food/recipes/recipe/0,1977,FOOD_9936_18931,00.html" REL="nofollow">simple recipe for ginger beer</A> in one of the old Jamie Oliver books, if you want to control that part of the bevvy as well.
